Here are the sketchnotes of the symposium "Units of Diversity: tools, strategies and case-studies to define species limits" from this year SIBE-ISEB congress, which hosted the posters presented by our lab team.

The invited speaker Birgit Schlick‐Steiner (University of Innsbruck, Austria) explored theoretical and practical aspects of integrative taxonomy, and how this apparently "out of fashion" practice of biology can still be an important part of todays' evolutionary research intergating various disciplines.

Antarctic biologist Lloyd Peck (British Antarctic Survey, Cambridge, UK) gave the presentation“Life in cold extremes: adaptations of Antarctic marine species” on the different ways life thrives in extreme environments such as the Antarctic waters.

Credits for the useful sketchnotes go to Jacopo Sacquegno (https://jacoposacquegnographics.wordpress.com/). Check it out!
